GREEN VILLE — Another outstanding achievement has been celebrated by the alumni of Tunas Bangsa Christian School Green Ville. Sophie Gabrielle Gunawan, a graduate of the 2025–2026 academic year, has been awarded the prestigious ASEAN Undergraduate Scholarship to pursue her undergraduate studies at the Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS).
Through this scholarship, Sophie Gabrielle Gunawan, affectionately known as Gaby, will pursue a Bachelor of Science in Psychology.
The ASEAN Undergraduate Scholarship (AUS) is one of Singapore’s competitive scholarship programs, designed for outstanding prospective undergraduate students from ASEAN member countries. The scholarship provides full financial support, covering tuition fees, a living allowance, accommodation allowance, and a laptop allowance. The selection process emphasizes academic excellence, strong leadership potential, as well as organizational and social engagement.
“When looking for a university or scholarship, never try to become someone else. Discover the potential and gifts that God has given you, and then find the right university to develop them. I hope that through my studies in psychology, I will one day be able to apply this knowledge to become a blessing to many people,” Gaby shared as a message to her juniors and to anyone who is currently seeking to determine their path for higher education.
